My new Bento Box turns a simple lunch of cottage cheese (sprinkled with chives) and apple slices into something hip. The bottom container is smaller and therefore when the food is gone these tiers can be packed inside one another. I also have an adorable little bag that matches this box.

Hello. Your lunches look very colorful and exciting, but not enough food. Does this fill you for the day? And you said you don't finish it all the time. You must be craving cottage cheese because you are eating alot for sure. And with chives???

Sometimes it is better to eat several smaller meals throughout the day. With this lunch, I had a luna bar a few hours later.

This Bento Box my boyfriend gave me for one of my Valentine's Day gifts. He knew I wanted one! They sell them locally at a Japanese Store for only $1.50! The bands that hold it together are $1.00 and then the bag is extra too.
I have seen this box on ebay for around $20.00. I am in love with a few boxes on Jlist.com.

Yeah, I think your meals look perfectly portioned. I'm definitely interested in buyin bento boxes, the whole concept is so much better than the crappy ziploc storage containers!
